(pronounced "Gost" - I think)
Is an incredibly funky Norwegian cheese which looks like this:
And tastes like nothing else on this earth. Actually what it tastes like is a cross between fudge and cheese (ie, salty fudge) and it makes the top of your mouth hurt.
A generic name for it is "Ski Queen" (they're into ski-ing in Norway. And cheese.) If you happen to have a brother going to Norway in August, make sure he brings you back some.
